Refund & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery, provided:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags attached.
  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • You have your order ID or tracking information.

Not eligible: items marked as final sale, undergarments, accessories (scarves, belts), and items that show signs of wear, washing, or alteration.

2. Exchanges

  • You may exchange for a different size or color of the same product, subject to availability.
  • Exchange requests can be initiated from the order tracking page within 7 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange pickup of the original item and deliver the replacement at no extra cost within Kathmandu Valley. For outside-Valley exchanges, return shipping is borne by the customer.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are processed only if the requested exchange item is out of stock or if the product received was defective/damaged.
  • For eSewa payments: refund is credited back to your eSewa wallet within 5–7 business days.
  • For Cash on Delivery: refund is issued via bank transfer. You'll need to provide your bank account details.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product).

4. Damaged or Wrong Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund — no questions asked.

5. How to Initiate

  1. Go to your order tracking page.
  2. Click "Exchange or Return" (available for 7 days after delivery).
  3. Select the reason and preferred resolution (exchange or refund).
  4. We'll confirm via SMS and arrange pickup within 2–3 business days.

6. Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are marked as "Packed."
  • Once packed or dispatched, cancellation is not possible — please use the exchange/return process after delivery.
  • For digital payment orders, cancelled before packing will be refunded in full within 5–7 business days.
